Success Fee
An essential part of the fees is profit-related and due at signing of the sales contract. The amount depends on the transaction volume (transaction volume = company value on a debt-free basis).
Contribution
During the project, expenses are charged that depend on the size of the company to be sold and on the scope of work.
Exclusivity
Unique businesses require exclusive and thus reliable and efficient project handling.
Schmidt + Partner does not act as a broker who charges fees to both parties, and thus cannot support any party during negotiations. Instead, Schmidt + Partner always counsels only one party - the principal.
